Warsaw Genomics

Whole-Exome analysis

About this category
The whole exome test provides an analysis of all coding sequences of the genome - all 20,000 genes. This allows for an in-depth analysis of potential gene disorders and the analysis of most of all known and clinically relevant pathogenic variants in the human genome.

In the Warsaw Genomics laboratory, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of the obtained sequencing results in the WES test, providing patients with data on pathogenic variants related to their health condition.

All genetic tests are performed using the next-generation sequencing method, using Illumina sequencers. Our tests are subject to internal and external control. The laboratory is subject to continuous external quality control.
