We recommend scheduling a consultation with a genetic practitioner first — they will help you choose the right test or an individual set of genes.

Order the test
Complete the test order form. It can be filled in by the patient or a chosen doctor.

03Your DNA
Sample for testing
We test DNA isolated from a blood sample, a swab or another biological material you send us. Check the available materials and the instructions for collecting and preparing your sample. Certified medical units may also send DNA — in that case please contact us before shipping. You will choose the material while ordering the test.

04Individual or hospital
Payment
As an individual patient you pay by online transfer, credit card or bank transfer. P24NOW instalments are also available during payment. As a healthcare professional ordering for your hospital, you can choose post-test billing.

05Delivered to you
Test result
You will receive an e-mail when your result is ready. Download it online by logging into your panel. If you need a paper version, request it while ordering and it will be posted to the address you provide.

06After your result
Medical consultation
After receiving the result you can schedule another consultation, where the doctor will help you interpret it correctly and, if needed, decide on further prevention, diagnosis or treatment.
