Can I have a consultation without leaving home?
Yes. Genetic, oncology, endocrinology and diabetology consultations are conducted online, from anywhere in Poland.
How long is the wait for an appointment?
An appointment is usually available within 1–2 weeks, depending on the specialty and preferred form of visit.
Do I need a referral?
No. A referral is not required — only prior telephone registration.
How does an online consultation work — by phone or video?
Online consultations are held by phone or as a video call — details are arranged at registration.
How do I book a visit?

How does payment for an online consultation work?
After registration you receive a quick-payment link by SMS and e-mail; pay before the appointment. You can also make a bank transfer:

Can I discuss genetic or histopathology results?
Yes. During an online consultation you can discuss genetic, molecular, imaging or histopathology results.
Can I send my results before the visit?
Yes. Results (e.g. imaging, histopathology or genetic) can be sent via a form whose link we e-mail after registration.
Do you accept patients from outside the warmińsko-mazurskie voivodeship?
Yes. Online consultations are available to patients from all of Poland; on-site visits take place at the office in Kandyty (Górowo Iławeckie commune).
Can I get a second medical opinion?
Of course. As part of an oncology consultation we offer a specialist “second look” — an independent assessment of the diagnosis and treatment so far.
