Providing access to molecular RT-PCR tests for the SARS‑CoV‑2 coronavirus during a pandemic.

About the project

The project of free RT-PCR tests for employees and doctoral students of the University of Warsaw was conducted by Warsaw Genomics in the period from October 2020 to June 2022.

Project results

During this time, we have completed:

• In the first period of the project (October - December 2020) 1,589 tests.
• In the second period of the project duration (January 2021 - April 2022), 1,666 tests.
• In the last period of the project (May 2022 - June 2022) 587 tests.

We have completed 3,842 tests in total.

The project also allowed for the possibility of using a discount on RT-PCR testing for SARS-CoV-2 for family members of the employee or PhD student at the University of Warsaw - during the project we conducted 64 such tests.
