In Poland, a program of the Ministry of Health is being implemented, aimed at detecting and providing comprehensive care to families at increased risk of malignant neoplasms. The program includes genetic tests to detect predispositions to cancer and diagnostic tests in people with such predispositions. Effective prophylaxis in high-risk patients allows for the prevention of the development of cancer or to take rapid treatment if it is detected.
